AP-1552H Antennas

Dear Technical Experts,

I need your support regarding the following :

the customer owns 1552h access points and need to buy antennas for them ,

the problem that our country regulations don't allow any antennas gain exceed 6 dBi to operate in both frequencies 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz , Thus neither AIR-ANT2547V-N= nor AIR-ANT2588P3M-N can be quoted , I need your support to check if there any alternative can be compatible with 1552H from your experience like AIR-ANT2450V-N= as the customer agrees the single band option ,,

please advise..

Based on the following link the AIR-ANT2450V-N antennas are not supported, I suggest contact to an authorized Cisco vendor in order to get an accurate answer.

What is the limitation on AIR-ANT2450V-N as they share the same connector type,

What should I check to decide if the antenna is compatible with the access point or not ?

the customer don't accept a third party  antennas :(

If your customer doesn't accep third party antennas, your only option is to operate the Cisco antenna at 2.4Ghz (4db gain). Is that an option ?

on a side note, and in addition to Julio's post, I would have a look at third party (non-Cisco) antennas. The link below lists a few that all have a gain of 6DB for both 2.4 and 5 GHZ...
