Configuration of the controller:  Multiple countries with incompatible Regulatory Domain.

AIR-CAP3602I-Z-K9

AP model with Australia Regulatory Domain.

This means the AP is behaving normally.  Because there is a conflict and/or incompatible Regulatory Domain between the configured countries in the controller, logic dictates that only the channels and radios which are compatible between the countries are allowed, like 802.11b, but 802.11a radio is disabled.

I have checked the access point with Australlia reulatory domain is suppoted ,Still didnot understand what is the issue ,Can you please elaborate.

I have checked the access point with Australlia reulatory domain is suppoted

It is supported on the WLC, correct, but 802.11a for Australia is incompatible and in conflict with the Regulatory Domain for India.   It is NOT compatible.

In future deployment, look up Cisco's Universal Regulatory Domain.

What should be done to fix this ?

What should be done to fix this ?

1.  Run the APs in autonomous IOS;

2.  Put APs with conflicting Regulatory Domain in a different WLC; or

3.  Replace the APs with conflicting Regulatory Domain with APs that support Universal Regulatory Domain.
