ASA 5506-X static IP for clients on inside

Hello,

First I must say that I'm new to Cisco equipment but I'm not new to PC networking.

I just got this router and I need to configure it so that it have DHCP for inside network but only in limited range (192.168.56.161 - 192.168.56.193) and that clients can use static IPs on rest of IP range.

DHCP is working fine, when I connect new device to inside network it gets IP, BUT when I manually set IP (192.168.56.7) Windows tells me that I have IP conflict but there is only one device on inside network so it can't be IP conflict.

Can you help me please, it is kind of urgent.

OK, I figure it out.

Problem was with NAT rule. I created rule that outside requests on public IP (on one specific port) is translated to local IP, that one that I tried to use as static IP.

Oh my god, now I'm stuck... I need to put local server to outside and I don't know how...
