Hi ,
We have recently encountered a issue wherein ASR1001 reboots automatically frequently. So we have RMA'd device still the problem is same. and the logs are same as earlier no changes at all.

Hi,
Are you running the same version of IOS on the new routers? This maybe a software issue vs hardware if you are running the same code.

Yes its a same version , but its working fine on other router of same model. Note that its a customised IOS ..
