ASR-1001-HX USB interfaces not showing up in invetory

Howdy Ya'll,

I'm currently working on my ASR-1001 router and I was going to use the USB ports and I was not able to find it on the my router inventory. I have looked around quite a bit and cant really find anything on it. Any thoughts on what this could be.

I don't think It will show you in inventory.

Thank you for that. We did attempt that and it didn't show anything.

Insert a USB flash drive and check the logs. If the USB flash drive is supported by the router (or not), the logs will say so.

Hey, appreciate your response. Just tried it and it didn't work initially. Afterward we attempted formatting the removable USB drives on another Cisco device, moved them over to the ASR1000, and it seemed to work after that.
