Azure NPS setup

I currently have 2 NPS servers(Windows 2016) that server as Radius hosts when logging into remote switches. Is it possible to add a third server that resides in Azure - we have a site-to-site tunnel setup. The new server is a Windows 2019 edition and reachable from remote locations.

Is there anything extra that is required in terms of a configuration?

Assuming there is IP connectivity between the RADIUS clients and the server, then there is nothing that should prevent this working.  Your NPS policies would need to be consistent obviously.
