Hello
You need an external tftp server (free download of kiwi or solarwinds tftp server would do)
install it on a PC with connection to the router/switch
Backup
----------
copy running-config tftp:
Restore
-----------
copy tftp: running-config
Or
Copy tftp:iOS backup flash:
