Best Choice Switch w/48 Ports of POE and 802.1Q Trunking

If I only need ip base, but full 15.4W on all 48 ports... and if I only need 10/100 ports, not gig, which switch would be the minimum to consider. Price matters.

I would go for the Cisco Catalyst 3560-48PS switch. Here is the data sheet for the 3560 series switches.
