bgp load balancing

i wanna do load balancing between two ISP.is there any option when one of the ISP will go down then another isp will take place as a active role.i also wanna do load balancing and if one link will go down then it should be act as a active standby.

this is applicable to do and quite straight forward however can you confirm if this is the same isp or different ones?

How are you connecting to the isps - are you using any routing protocol or just static routing?

Can you share any network topology we can review?

let's say i have router one (as num 100) which is connected to router two(as num 200) and router three(as num 300).so i wanna use ebgp.i wanna do load balance between as num 100 and as num 200.and if router one "(as num 100) will go down then router two(as num 200) should work as a active role so do i have any other option so both router can do load balance with high availability mechanism.

take a look at this doc it shows you how to LB in single and multi homed BGP setups , diagrams and example configs to get you going , as Paul has stated we would require bit more information to assist with this but this doc shows each setup and what to do , may help , knowing your current setup in detail is important before implementing LB with BGP
