Is there a way to turn off Bluetooth for a Cisco 2960X using CLI, I know how to do it via the GUI but am curious if there is a way to do it via CLI?

As far as I know, this is a BLE dongle.

I realize that you require the dongle to have Bluetooth capability but is there a way to shut off Bluetooth on the switch via CLI out of the box.

I do not believe that is how it works.
The BLE console is very similar to the Get-Airconsole. It was a Cisco-branded module that plugs to the USB port (for power) and another cable goes to the console port. The laptop then uses BLE to access the console port via this BLE module.
There is really nothing "BLE" from the switch.
We had a look at thhis Cisco-branded BLE wireless console and it was far more expensive than the Get-Airconsole.
