Hello,
Updated to Everest-16.6.9 now I lost total contact with the switch. I can't even connect to it via com port. Boots up. The fans go at it for maybe 5 seconds and then goes to system light. It's not even doing the boot test sequence.
Rebooted multiple times and Putty always shows blank screen... Tried other switched so I know it's not the cable.

If you cannot see anything on the Console port then contact Cisco TAC and organize for an RMA.

Eneded up finding a forum that said to hold the mode button for 120seconds and now it works again. Thanks for the help

- A 'last try' attempt could be to execute a factory defaults reset, if that does not help as Leo said -> RMA.

adding to other comments...Power down completely wait for few minutes and connect console power on the check.
if still issue as suggest raise a TAC for RMA.
