I have one customer with one bug

IOSd crash: Segmentation fault(11), Process = CDP Protocol

CSCuq34528

I´d checked in bug database and matchs the conditions

Symptom:
system crash after bootup with following logs:
IOSD-EXT-SIGNAL: Segmentation fault(11), Process = CDP Protocol

Conditions:
- WS-X45-SUP7L-E (my customer has one Sup8)
- IOS-XE 3.6.0E and 3.6.2E

What can I do? There aren´t workaround yet. Upgrade Firmware?

No current fix looks like its only effecting 15.2 versions , you will be waiting on DEV to fix this they don't provide eta for bug fix  , you could roll back to versions previous to this if no newer ones available

Check caveat release for earlier version make sure bug is not there in release guide
