C1000 Download Configuration File

Hello

I have a client who has a C1000 Switch and We need to have the configuration file but that switch doesnt have a Console Port RJ45 instead it has a USB Console Port but the client doesnt have that USB Cable so How Can I download the configuration file? I suppose there must have a way to do it by Web Browser.

He says he can't access to Switch via ssh or telnet so I suppose he has disable those features.

If they don't have ssh or telnet setup and neither have a console cable to access it via the console port, the only option left is a web GUI.

I am not familiar with web GUI, but they can possibly download the config file to a server or workstation and then grab it from there.

Worst.  He may not know what password was configured and he's trying to find the password from the configuration file.
