C2960-24TT-L V09 default user and password

I'm a newbie at the this, I have 2 new C2960-24TT-L V09 switches that I would like to configure.  When attempting to access via web or network assistant, it immediately prompts for User Name and Password.  I have not been able to get past this point and can not find any documentation that refers to a default setting.  Can anyone help me with this?

Looks like there is a previous configuration that requires username/password for access to the switch.  You should do a password recovery on the switch so that you can bypass the prompts, get in and do what you need to do.  Here's the procedure for your switch:
