Good afternoon,

The switch C2960X can works in redundancy with Spanning-Tree with the model C9200?

Will I have troubles if I have these two differents switches or I need to have two switches with same model?

Please, could you help me with this doubt?

Thank you.

no issue at all
the most important is config the same Spanning tree mode in both SW before interconnect.

Although @MHM Cisco World writes "no issues at all", if you use the same STP variant (BTW, I recommend using a rapid variant), Cisco does offer some optional (configurable) enhancements to STP (BTW, some of which are "built-in" in the rapid variant).  I don't recall if, when configuring such optional STP enhancements if all devices must be configured exactly the same way, but, minimally, I believe it would be advisable that they are.

Some documentation on the optional STP enhancements:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst6500/ios/12-2SY/configuration/guide/sy_swcg/spanning_tree_features.pdf

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst6500/ios/12-2SX/configuration/guide/book/stp_enha.pdf

BTW, these enhancements have been offered by Cisco for quite some time, so would also expect a 2960X and C9200 to both support them.
