C3560 crash - every few days

Hi all.

Recently, I have encountered issue with 3560G switch.

first switch uses firmware: c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE10.bin.
I decided to replace another 3560G switch with suggested firmware from cisco: c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE12.bin

But it continues crash and automatically reboot.
In most of the logfile, I see "DHCPD Receive" process. is that related to this issue??
I currently configure switch as DHCP Server.
I also attach the crashlog below.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

The crash happens after 7:04 am VN time. Minutes after people starts logging in to their computers the switch crashes.
It looks like the computers are constantly sending out DHCP Requests until the switch crashes.
Let's make this long story short and try upgrading the IOS of the switch?

I have upgraded to the IOS :c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE12.bin . this is suggested firmware from cisco. Do you have any suggestion ?
I plan to upgrade to 15.0.2-SE11.

Well, look at the DHCP server and see if there are any issues with the server.  If the PCs are unable to get a valid IP address from the DHCP server then something is wrong.

This is example of configuring DHCP Server on my switch
ip dhcp pool LAN_T2_0
network 10.122.20.0 255.255.255.0
default-router 10.122.20.1
domain-name abc.com
dns-server 10.0.122.2 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
lease 0 8
I think there are no issues with the dhcp server. Because client still obtained ip address before switch crashes
Last night, I upgraded SW to lastest IOS 150-2.SE11 and In release note of this version, I saw CSCub85948 bugs. maybe it relate to "DHCPD Receive" process that I had in crash file.

someone can give me some suggestion,plz ?

someone have the same isssue like me. 

My supscription of cisco product has expired. Can someone give me a favor?  send crashlog to TAC for analyzing. Please
