C3650 switch not sending BPdu of specific VLans on specific trunk

Hello Experts i need your help

I am facing a problem on 3650 switches, the switch stop sending BPdu for specific Vlan's on the trunk connected to another switch. the switches are configured with PVST and all VLans have the same root, this issue start after upgrade my switches from 16.3.7 to 16.3.8, i couldn't find any bug related. 

once i exclude these vlans from the trunk port and included again the problem fixed, i dont know where to start switching,3650,PVST,BPdutroubleshooting this problem.

If you roll back is it working , that will confirm software issue and if it is a software issue no point trying to fix it other than an upgrade unless you know the workaround , you could TAC it or run the show tech through the cli analyzer too , that can give bug ids but if bug is completely unknown then will need TAC for the ID

did you roll .8 for any other reason than its the latest star ? or was it to fix a bug ? if its just to go to latest version its the first thing i would do is roll back and stabilize everything , first take a show tech for Cisco TAC so they have something too work off

anything specific in the logs relating to the issue ?

is STP stable or constantly flapping since the upgrade  ?
