Hi all, 

c3750 not completing booting

tried to remove delete files from flash, but it showing as there is no device available,...

Hi

 Run dir falsh: and do an assessment on the file you have. Run show boot and see which IOS you are usimg. Your switch ir running out of space and you may have unsued IOs file on the flash. Idenfy and delete unecessary filés. Then reload the switch
