I do have C3750G-12s switch which is not able to boot as of the expected. Every time when I break the stack and try to use console i got a weird output from my console output. we need the stack to be break and use those switch separtally .

Console output:-

yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?O?`ZS2&?yyA??a?Su?=Hyyo?/+??<!yi??ya_?EA*L<?uU?a4O?c?4O?L[??6?Z$Y-0?Ws`?+40?4+Sia0?A y?aIa??Ay?Buy?0???]$ ???#??

`?-??'u? ?2-??%??z?+iU"                                                                                                                                   yB0y

                 ?

u'u?             u22

u%?u??u2?&22--?22%)u`Xu22-]X?-2??M?-????@u%)u

                                             P?-O?U??%?%O?2%?-O?2

                                                                 Xu2-??`???UM?-u'u2

                                                                                   Uu-?@u2-O?

But it works fine when I return back to the STACK and the console output is ok.

So why the switch is now able to work standalone like the other switch?

Thanks in advoance.

It looks like your console baud rate may be set incorrectly on that device. Try cycling your terminal emulator software though the different baud settings, hit enter a couple of times and see if it makes sense at any of them. If that works you can either keep your console set that way or set it back to 9600 from there.
