C3750G - Notconnected

Prezados,

A algum tempo, estou tendo problema com 4 portas do meu switch-core. Elas fazem trunk com a distribuição, meu cenário é de switchs L2 empilhados com dois cores em stack wise. O problema é que meu core 1 está com as 4 portas em notconnected e as do core 2 estão up. Estou usando port-channel com agregação de link dispensando spanning-three. Ja testei os cabos e estão ok. Ja espetei dispositivos diretamente no core limpando toda a configuração mas não muda. Pergunto:

Será que minhas portas queimaram ou alguma configuração pode ter dado esse problema?

The problem is that my core is one with 4 doors notconnected and core 2 are up. I'm using port-channel with link aggregation eliminating spanning three. Already tested and cables are ok. Ja jabbed devices directly on the core clearing all configuration but not change. I ask:

Does my doors burned or some setting may have given this problem?
