Good Day All,
I'm using Exalt Microwave Units with Dual Polirization to Create two Point to Point Links for High Availibility Connectivity. Note This is not a "Hot Standby" system but a 1+1 configuration where both Links are Hot all of the Time.
The Bandwitdth of these hops are 10Megs each.
I will use Port Channel and Link Aggregation Protocol to combine the bandwidth to 20 Megs.
The Microwave Bridging Units are connected to the switch a Catalyst-2960 on ports Fa0/23 and Fa0/24.
Exalt recommends that the ports for the switch to be set to Speed 100 and Duplex Full for best performance.
Question I have is how do I set the Bandwidth of these ports to Only 10 Megs per port?
I have seen examples of using QOS commands but I'm not sure if this is correct.
