C3850-24XU-E DC Power Issues

I am having issues with the 3850s that we are trying to deploy. When trying to use the DC power the switch doesn't post. The fans come on and both lights on both PS are green. Anyone have any tips or has anyone else experienced the same issue? We have tested multiple switches with different PS and nothing. The switches do come up and post with AC power.

are these Cisco supplied/manufactured DC power supplies ? What is/are the part number(s) of the DC power supplies you have installed ?

Yes they are the Cisco recommended on the C3850 Datasheet
