C3850 Not booting fails/loading

I am getting the below error after a power reboot. I rebooted more than 3 times remaining same error.

Booting...(use DDR clock 667 MHz)

Turn off the device and post complete boot output.

Looks for me hardware issue, raise a TAC case for RMA.(replacemnet enhanced warranty)
