WTF happened to the chassis?  

Slot 1, 2 and 3 are DEAD. 

Supervisor in Slot 6 looks to be dead too!

Hi Leo,

 

I'm not sure, do you think the chassis board having problem?.

from my experience,I think the module should be just PNP.

 

This issue is rarely happened to me btw. I dont know how to troubleshoot it anymore.

To me, I think there is somthing wrong with that chassis also.

 

Please advise.

IMPORTANT:  

Make sure to plug a console cable so we can capture the boot-up process of the line cards. 

Move the line cards to different un-used slots and see if the results are the same.  

If the results are the same then the line cards could be fried. 

Do you have any spare chassis?

Hi Leo,

 

Can you help with this show log status. Actually this is our spare units (includes chassis and module).

But when i tried power-on this spare chassis, it showing same log like chassis in production place.

Something wrong with OIR error, i do not know that OIR. does it related with something else?

Hafiz,

You can try to turn off the bootup diagnostics with the "no diagnostic bootup level" command to skip all diagnostic tests. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/fundamentals/command/Cisco_IOS_Configuration_Fundamentals_Command_Reference/D_through_E.html#wp3625028680 .

You should then make sure that the module is forwarding normally.
