C6K - randomly high CPU usage

Hi all,
we have two c6509 budled in VSS. I have noticed randomly high usage of CPU, sometimes up to 99% in peaks. I have found that it can be generated by SNMP engine. So I unconfigure all SNMP things. But situation is the same.

I would like to know if this state is OK or not. Any help with this?

CPU shows are enclosed in file.

Random peak are no problem. Your average cpu is stable at around 20% and you are doing IP SLA and netflow export. The router might only be doing some low priority task with the cpu.
