Hi Guys,
Can someone help me to know that in a C9200L switch I unable to see the PID?
But can see the serial number for the hardware. When I asked Cisco they don't get this serial number and asking for the PID.
NAME: "Switch 1 - Power Supply A", DESCR: "Switch 1 - Power Supply A"
PID: , VID: V01 , SN: LITXXXXXXX

Hello @faizahamed139
Try #show environment all command
Something like
PWR-C6-125WAC

The switch is covered under warranty but the power supplies are never covered under any warranty.
If a power supply fails, raise a TAC case using the serial number of the switch. And tell the RMA agent the serial number of the faulty power supply. That's how it works.

Could be a bug.
What firmware is the switch on?

Thanks @Leo Laohoo and M02@rt37 !!
The switch is currently on Version 16.12.05b
Getting the PID on "show environment all" output
PWR-C5-125WAC
One more query. This is the newly installed device and trying to cover every hardware under cisco support contract. But this power module serial number doesn't fetch any PID on cisco portal as well (Screenshot attached).
