C9200L-24P POE+ Issue

Dears,

need help for the below issue,

trying to connect TPLink POE spliter tp-link tl-poe10r with the switch C9200L-24P with Power 600Wat should be able for POE+ and support 8023af & 802.3at as pet data sheet.

but its not powering up unfortunately and just trying to negotiate power 15.4 not 3.0 as per tplink needs.

also i tried to power it with extreme x440 and powered up successfully as per attached.

could any one support?

i tried to disable poe all ports except the port that i am using it and configured static power with the same issue unfortunately.

from the info you provided about the TPLink POE spliter tp-link tl-poe10r and your setup, I have some questions:

1. Is your setup like the one in the attached image? Have you set the voltage selector to the correct value for the device you want to power?

2. What is the model of Cisco 9200 you are trying to use?

3. What is the device, vendor and model, you are trying to power up?

yes the same device that i powered up with Extreme switch X440-8P

Have you set the voltage selector to the correct value for the device you want to power?

yes i set the voltage for the TPlink to be 12v without connecting the cable as like screenshot attached.

note : i am trying to connect the TPlink spliter without connecting the end device that will be used to power on.

2. What is the model of Cisco 9200 you are trying to use?

tried to power tplink spliter with C9200L-24P include power supply 600W and C9300-48P with double power supply 750.

3. What is the device, vendor and model, you are trying to power up?

In this case, CDP which is enabled by default won't be of much help - I don't expect that the Nitgen UBIO X Pro Lite is implementing CDP, but LLDP might help in this situation. Enable LLDP globally on the switch and see if the situation changes.
