C9200L enter mode 'switch:'

c9200L ever factory reset all and boot image again.

Yesterday power cut. I reboot switch but switch enter mode 'switch:' again.

how to solve problem ?

i encounter same issue with owner,  my device is C9200L-48T-4G,
executed command boot system bootflash:cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.03.06.SPA.bin, it can come to <switch>.
but after execute follow:

conf t
 boot system bootflash:cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.09.02.SPA.bin
end
wr

when restarted it show can not find the cat9k... file.

if not execute this command after restarted it will come switch: again.

Why are you trying to enter that command in ROMMON when the switch already booted into IOS?

Boot the switch into IOS and copy the firmware file from the USB into the flash of the switch.

In enable mode, the command is "copy usbflash0:filename.bin flash:".
