C9300 port status - not connected

Hi,

Connected 2 brand new C9300 in stacked configuration. Both switches have 10G modules installed.

To test, connected a PC with straight cable to a:

1. 10G port on Network module - port light comes on after SFP+cable connection, no issues here. Green light on PC and NM.

2. 1G port on Switch - recognizes SFP when installed, but interface status shows not-connected. Green light on PC, no light on switch port.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

@mandeep1374 hi, is your SFPs are copper? or do you have fiber SFP in your PC?

@Kasun Bandara  SFP's are copper, PC end is also copper.

@mandeep1374 what is the cable type are you using for test? is it same cable to test 10G and 1G? try looping 2 switch ports to see if ports are coming up.
