C9300 switch failed after a stack update

We recently tried updating a stack switch model C9300-24UX

When trying to get onto the boot loader after holding the mode button down on boot up getting the switch prompt below

The mini usb console cable will not work what so ever at the front of the switch, the rear rj45 cable allows access to see below, but wont allow any key commands,

Even when the switch is allowed to boot normally it is the same as below and not allowing me to use a keyboard to enter anything what so ever

    -  @GynnNewey4213                   Looks like a possible issue with the rj45 cable ; perhaps try another one.
                                                        Also for reference ;
                                                                  restart your terminal operator program, or try another one

Appreciate your response, I have tried another cable same issue again, the switch wont go into the bootloader, seems something is corrupt. I have tried holding down the mode button on startup for 30 secs, again get the same screen. Any advice welcome, I have tried the RJ45 and putty on a working switch no issues
