Hi Guys,
Just checking if it is possible in a stack switch to have a dedicated mgmt IP per switch? For example, I have 6 switches configured in 1 stack then those 6 switches, I want to configure a dedicated mgmt IP address each.
Thanks

Not possible to give the IP address for each Management interface. only the Master switch management interface Gi0/0 will appear after stacking. you can do sh vrf Mgmt-vrf you will only see a single switch management port.
switch-9300#sh vrf Mgmt-vrf
Name Default RD Protocols Interfaces
Mgmt-vrf <not set> ipv4,ipv6 Gi0/0

But what is the master node is reloaded or shutdown, this way we will lose the management of the whole stack !

If the master fails, the next switch is elected and takes over the management role. This happens automatically and nothing is needed for that.
Only if you use out-of-band management you need to make sure that each switch is cabled on the OOB-Port.

6 Switches in 1 Stack, can only have 1 control plane, so 1 MGMT IP only. (Master switch have all the information).
