I am using the C9300L-24T-E machine version 17.3 and was wondering what the padding default settings are?

I didn't ask the right question.
What I was trying to ask is, do I need to use the "no service pad" command to block the pad service on those devices as well, or does the device have the ability to block the pad service by default?

show run all  (give you all the default configuration if you are not configured any config)
