Hello,
We are attempting to use new C9500-48Y4C-A switches, but are unable to communicate with 100mbps devices on the switch. Is there any workaround to set speed to 100mbps, or a certain SFP that must be used for backwards compatibility?
Thanks

Hi,
According to this matrix, 100 Mb SFP (GLC-GE-100FX) is supported but it must be version 2. See link

Thank you for the link. I failed to mention I need an RJ45 SFP, so I will try the GLC-TE listed on the matrix.
I'll update when I've had a chance to check it.
Thanks

GLC-T supports, But i see some flaky that ports - even though you remove the RJ45 cable, the port still shows up.(when i was testing, ) not bothered to go deep since there is no meaning for me to use 100MB, since Cat 9500 used for high density( just mentioning, maybe your use case different to support legacy devices).
