I want to disable transceiver monitoring on one interface on switch C9500-48Y4C. IOS version 17.06.05.
Is there such an option?

Do not use DOM optic.
In all seriousness, DOM-related logs need to be taken seriously and not to be trifled with.

Yes, true. On this port I have fake data that generates a lot of logs. I don't need logging there.
