Hi Folks,
We recently moved to call Express Manager and we have users complaining about the new login process onto their Cisco Phones. Previously, they were only required to type numbers as user and password.
Now, the keyboard has changed to Alpha-numeric, providing numbers and letters...Is there a way we can configure number only? Pain is having to "chase" the numbers during the input process (like texting using an old nokia phone)
