Can a 4948E-F be converted to a 4948E by simply swapping the Power supplies and Fan Module?

I am curious if the Fan Modules and Power Supplies in the 4948E and 4948E-F are identical in nature except for the direction of the air flow in them? Essentially I'd like to take a stack of 4948E-F switches I have and convert them to 4948E switches by changing the power supplies and fan module. Anyone done this before?

I have never done this but looking at the data sheet the part numbers are different.

Yea, the parts need to be different because the fans direct air in opposite directions. The question is, are they interchangeable?
