Can I connect five 2960X access switches uplink to one 9300 (to replace 3850) via GE SFP in a small building network (LAN based) for a limit budget project? or any other recommendations? Thanks,

Hi,

Yes, You can connect the five uplink to 9300 switches. 

Recommendation: If All five switches are in the same network rack then go with stack option.

Except the C9300-NM-8X SFP uplink module in the expansion slot, are there any 9300 with all SFP access ports (e.g. 24 access ports, no PoE required) like Cat-3850? all my 2960X are out of range and have to connect via fiber back to 9300. If so, what's the model number? Thanks,
