Can I upgrade memory on WS-C3750G-24TS-S and WS-C3560-24TS-S switches?

I have WS-C3750G-24TS-S and WS-C3560-24TS-S switches running IOS versions c3750-ipservices-mz.122-37.SE1.bin and c3560-ipbase-mz.122-25.SEB4.bin, respectively. I wanted to upgrade the IOS versions to c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE10.bin and c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE10.bin so that I can generate crypto keys. Both of these ipservicesk9 licenses are roughly around 12 MB in size , and as far as my WS-C3750G-24TS-S is concerned, I don't have enough memory in flash for the upgrade. My WS-C3560-24TS-S does have enough memory for the upgrade, but will leave only 13 MB free in flash. There isn't very much that I can delete from the flash of either device, although my WS-C3750G-24TS-S has a file called c3750-dmon-mz-122-25r.SEC, which I don't really know what it does other than it may be for "Stardust"...whatever that is.

I've tried researching whether I can upgrade the memory for these switches so that I can do the IOS upgrades, but it appears that I cannot do DRAM memory upgrades for WS-C3750G-24TS-S switches. I am unclear if that holds true for WS-C3560-24TS-S switches as well. Is there anyone who knows whether I can do memory upgrades for these switches? If not, then is my only option to upgrade to new switches if I want to be able to run an IOS where I can generate crypto keys?

Here is the "sho vers" output from both switches:

As far as I know neither RAM nor flash are upgradeable on Cat3K series (C3550/3560*/3750*...). 122-55.SE10, however, is available for all of them - it's just that, if the flash is just 16MB in size, the upgrade implies deleting the old IOS.  Also, the ability to generate crypto keys only requires that "k9" - it doesn't necessarily have to be ipservicesk9, it can be ipbasek9 as well (which is not significantly smaller, so it still cannot coexist with the old IOS on 16MB flash models).

I agree with Iulian, don't believe the device supports flash or RAM upgrades.

Not 100% positive, but the .SEC file might be a boot flash upgrade image.

Early original model 3560s/3750s only had 16 MB flash, which often makes it impossible to have two IOS images in flash.  You can delete the existing image to free enough space to load another image.

Later boot flash images supported booting from a USB stick too.  Although often the device wouldn't recognize non-Cisco USB sticks and/or wouldn't recognized sticks with more than (?) 256 MB.

The device might also support booting an image from tftp.

Thanks!
