Can only console during startup...

I have two new Cisco 2960G switches, and I must be doing something wrong because the only time I can successfully console

these switches is if I have the session open during the switch startup.  If I have the switch on already and try to connect, nothing happens, just a blank screen.  Is there some configuration change I need to make or set?

Hi John,

You should not have any problem trying to connect through console. If you hit enter do you get any response?
