Can't access a new Cisco Catalyst 1000 48P Switch

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble accessing a new cisco catalyst 1000 48P-4G-L switch.
Was trying to do a most basic setup so I could upgrade firmware via web interface.
Was following the basic setup wizard and had put in the initial Hostname, password etc.
Switch management interface changed to 10.0.0.3 and could access it with that. Had not started to assign IP from the configuration pane when cable pulled out.
Now I can't access the switch again.

Can somebody help with what to do next in this case to follow through setup?
I'm not an expert, so please I'll like you to break down the approach and solution. Thanks in advance.

If you are able to access it anymore, you may want to try accessing via the console port. See the link below:

Alright. Thanks for your response. I've ordered for a console cable.
I'll try with it and hopefully I get access and feel relieved.
