Hi
We have a little Problem with two Switches. The Problem is that we can't connect to these switches via ssh or Network Assistant from the Computer, but it works perfectly from another switch.
VLAN or IP shouldn't be a the problem, because we can connect to the other switches without any problem.
Does anyone have a solution for that Problem?

When your PC is on VLAN 10 (172.30.1.XX 255.255.255.0) you be able to connect to everything reason being your in the same VLAN as your sw's also in VLAN 10. Hence no D.F gateway needed like you said on SW1.
If your PC is on another VLAN e.g VLAN 260 port gi0/2 SW1. You will not be able to ping VLAN 10 because you are on a seperate network. This is where you configure a D.F, so the switch will send VLAN 260 traffic up to your core sw (layer 3 device) will allow communication between the two VLANs.

Again, i can ping and connect from vlan 20 to all switches in vlan 10, except Switch-A316-01 and another one.
I set the default gateway just to test, still not working. But the funny thing is that it worked today when i first tried,default gateway not set, for about 30 seconds.
I don't get why a default gateway is needed, the connection from Computer over Switch-A316-01 to the core switch is Layer 2. When the traffic arrives at the core switch, it will be routed to VLAN10.

can you do a show run on SWITCH-U143-01.gibwintra.ch on:
ports Gig 1/0/8 & Gig 3/0/8.
Also you mentioned earlier you tried a d.f gateway on A316-01 and it still didnt work what I.P did you configure on the d.f gateway ?

I set the ip 172.30.1.11, wich is the core switch

Also you mentioned earlier you tried a d.f gateway on A316-01 and it still didnt work what I.P did you configure on the d.f gateway ?

anyway i configured 172.30.1.11 as default-gateway, wich is the vlan 10 interface of the core switch

I cant find anything wrong with the port-channel between the two Cisco sw's. You could try to reconfigure the port-channel on both ends with the following:
int gig
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport mode trunk
channel-group 1 mode desirable

Can't change to desirable, because ports need to be on the same switch. But i tried mode on and also disabled port-channel. Still not working...

When I went through your Switch 2's start up config I noticed that SSH was not enabled in that. Use the following command to enable it.
In the global config mode type
line vty 0 4
(config-line)# transport input ssh
(config-line)# login local
(config-line)# password 7
(config-line)# exit
