My SG 200-08P can't access the web-interface. the problem is without plug the WLAN to switch the LED light is solid green, so I suspect the switch has been setting an static IP address on it. I check the CISCO manual for the SG200-08P don't have reset to factory setting button, not sure how I can access to the switch thru the web-interface. attached some detail information:
- connect the router(Dynamic DHCP) to switch, couldn't find the IP for switch. but connect the switch to PC thru cable, PC is able to connect the WLAN.
- connect AP to switch, AP is working.
Please help guide me how to solved this problem, thank you very much!!
