Can't console to ME3600X

Hello,

we have a new one Cisco ME 3600X series,

problem in console, some unknown symbols on the screen,

telnet is ok,

I tried to change everything is possible in line con 0, but nothing happens.

Tried to set all types of speed, baudrate, stopbits, parity.

Other ME3600X works fine.

Is it means that console port is dead?

If you have configured the settings to be:

Step 4

Configure the baud rate and character format of the PC or terminal to match these console port default characteristics.

•9600 baud •8 data bits •1 stop bit •No parity •None (flow control)

And have made sure that the console cable is working fine and no issues with that then go ahead and get the rma for this box.
