Can't copy BIN file to C3560CX-12PD-S; all image files gone

For some reason, all of the image files on my C3560CX-12PD-S switch got corrupted so when I reset my switch, it would not boot to an image file. I tried copying an image file several USB drives to the flash but was unsuccessful. I received the output attached. Are there any other ways to get the image file onto the switch?

is the USB formatted for FAT32 ?

Try FAT16 to i think only some switches support that in rommon

Also not all USB models are supported try another one as FAT32 if you have any spares just in case

I have tried about 3 different FAT32 USB drives & a FAT16 USB drive.

Same results all the time. :(

Try recover it via xmodem then , and maybe when the new image is on it , the USB function will be working again

The error message means the USB thumb drive used is not "compatible". Find another model.
