Can't login to Mobile iOS Version 3.0 English Cisco Packet Tracer.

 My mobile phone is LG V20.

After login to netacad appears to login to canvas PTmobile but without the "confirm button" there is only a "cancel button" without the ability to scroll the screen.screenshot attached!

After pressing the "cancel button" in the canvas screen, the program cisco packet endlessly loading.

Please help login to cisco packet tracer!

Hello,

which Android version are you running, Android 7.0 (Nougat), or Android 8.0 (Oreo) ? According to the specs:

"For Packet Tracer mobile Android, it is optimized for screens with a minimum size of 7 inches."

I think the LG V20 has a 5.7 inch screen...that might be the problem...

My version Android 8.0 and screen size 5.7 inches. A few months ago I used
this phone and everything worked fine.
