Hi,
i have a cisco SRW2024p and I can not access to the web interface and not responds to a ping.
I tried the procedure for resetting via putty console,
1. Connect to the console port using terminal emulation parameters (typically 38400, 8, 0, 1, None)
2. Reboot switch (Remove power)
3. Hold down Ctrl U while rebooting
a. Menu will be displayed
4. Select> [D] Delete file
the procedure goes all successful but when I get the time to put your username and password putting admin and leaving blank password it said error with login and I still not to respond to ping either the default ip (192.168.1.254)
I tried the procedure for granting reset the password, but I can not get to the Start menu, as indicated, not show the line "Autoboot in 2 seconds - press RETURN or Esc. to abort and enter prom."
Do you have any idea how to do to unlock it?
Thank you

Hi Soselettronica12,
Did you also followed step 5?
Step 5:
Type “startup-config” (be sure that this is the ONLY file that you delete – if you delete other files, you will have to reload the firmware)
Step 6:
Now, you have erased the configuration file and you should be able to reboot and login with the default username and password.
