can't see webpages in proper format

Dear all,

I have 2811 router with with 2 subnets i e 10.0.0.0/24 and 192.168.0.0/24. On 192.168.0.0.24 subnet  we have our web server and we can access the webpages properly in the same subnet. issue is the webpages are not opening in proper format on other side of the router. Initally i thaught it was related to Internet explorer, I enabled all the activex and also added the server's ip in the trusted sites but the result was same.

Also 10 subnet is having internet access, all other websites are opening properly

need your help

Thanks .

Hi,

If I got it correctly, you have a router that routes internet traffic to two different subnets. Subnet 10.0.0.0/24 can access the web without any particular problem, so does subnet 192.168.0.0/24. The problem occurs on the other side of the router. Which subnet is that?

You said there's some sort of problem with the webpage format? Could you please be more specific? What seems to be the problem?

Best regards,

Giorgos
