Hello, I have a catalyst 9300 that I wish to factory reset. I interrupted boot from flash and got to the "switch:" prompt. I tried to type in commands but couldn't.. The only key that the switch reacted to until now is ctrl+pause (which entered a new line in the session). I'm using HP zbook that is connected to the switch with RJ45 to DB9 console cable and a COM to USB adapter. I already tried to switch terminal applications, USB ports and cables. I also checked, and I can type in the terminal when I let the switch fully boot. Did someone had this problem and know the solution. I would appriciate it.

- Have a sanity check of the terminal infrastructure you are using by trying to connect to another switch with it (e.g.) ,
