Good Morning, Everyone. I am consoled into this switch as a priv 15 user and I am not even getting the chance to define where the TFTP server is. Please see my output below. I can't find any search results on this problem.

Switch#copy tftp flash
Destination filename [flash]? cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.08.SPA.bin
%Error opening flash:tftp (Permission denied)
Switch#copy tftp flash:
Destination filename [tftp]? cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.08.SPA.bin
%Error opening flash:tftp (Permission denied)

Hello,

the reason for me asking was that maybe your flash did not have enough space, which clearly isn't the case.

Looking at your syntax again, it is strange that you do not get prompted for the 'Address or name of remote host' first.

What if you try and add colons like this:

Switch#copy tftp: flash:
