Hello,
the power light is flashing when the SRP is booting. Are your hosts actually getting an IP address (in the 192.168.15.x range ? Is the computer you use to access the SRP with Internet Explorer connected with an Ethernet cable to one of the LAN ports ?

Hello,
Yes all 3 hosts connected via ethernet cable throught LAN ports have IP address in the range of 192.168.15.x. including one I am using to access the SRP with internet explorer. ONe more thing, there is no WLAN light lit. For the first time I powered on this particular SRP i got a WLAN visible under my wifi network lists, but than never.
Thank You.

Can you try and access the web utility using the public IP address assigned to your SRP (there must be one, since you can access the Internet)...

I will try this later tonight when everyone becomes offline. This may work, lets see.
Thank you

Hello,
by default, remote web access is disabled, you need to have it enabled in order to access it. Have you tried both HTTPS and HTTP ?
Try and disable to firewall on your client (Windows firewall if you have a Windows client)...

Hello, I have tried both, https and http. I am trying to access through firefox on osx. 10.12.5 . I tried to turn off the firewall. I also tried via parallels windows 10 internet explorer.
Thank you.

Hello,
I would reset the router to factory defaults (page 7 of the attached guide describes how to use the Reset button):

Hello,
have you tried Google Chrome ? Might be an option...

Hello,
what is actually displayed on your screen when you cannot access the web utility ? Since your router seems to work, I am almost sure it is a setting on the computer you have connected. Do you have any sort of anti-virus software running ?
